This Privacy Policy explains how Alamut Capital Quant Models Inc ("Investelligence," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

If you sign up through a referral link, we record the referring user's identifier to administer our referral program. We do not purchase personal information about you from third-party data brokers.
We do not use your portfolio holdings or financial goal data to generate personalized investment advice or recommendations, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you submit a review through your account, and it is rated 3 stars or higher, it may be displayed publicly on our marketing website together with your first name, self-described investor experience level, and subscription tier. Reviews rated below 3 stars are never displayed publicly; this is enforced at the database level, not only in how the marketing site queries the data. You may update or remove your review at any time by submitting a new one or contacting support@investelligence.io.
Investelligence includes optional community features that involve sharing certain information with other subscribers. This section explains exactly what becomes visible, to whom, and how to control it.
If you choose to mark a saved portfolio or blended strategy as public, it appears on the Leaderboard together with your display name (first name and last initial), its risk-reward ranking, and related aggregate risk metrics. We do not display your underlying holdings (individual tickers or weights) on the Leaderboard. You can remove a portfolio from the Leaderboard at any time by turning off its public setting.
Even portfolios and blended strategies that are not marked public contribute anonymously, without your name or account identity attached, to platform-wide statistics such as the Bell Curve distribution and periodic Community Insights (for example, typical risk-reward ranges or sector allocation trends across the platform). These features only publish a statistic when enough portfolios contribute to it, specifically to avoid a result that could reveal information about any one individual.
A pod is a small group of subscribers (up to 4) whose saved portfolios are combined into one blended "pod portfolio." Pods involve several distinct kinds of sharing:
Leaving a pod removes you from its member list and blended portfolio going forward, and any related pending credit is adjusted accordingly. Past pod messages are retained as described in Section 7.
We retain your account and portfolio information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Pod membership history is retained for 12 months on a rolling basis after it ends; credit records are retained indefinitely for accounting purposes. Pod messages are retained indefinitely and are not automatically deleted when you leave a pod, since other members' access to that shared conversation history is unaffected by your departure; you may request their deletion as described in Section 8. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 8.

Some choices don't require contacting us at all: you can turn off a portfolio's public visibility, or leave a pod, directly within the Service at any time -- see Section 6 for what each of those controls.
To exercise the rights above, contact us at privacy@investelligence.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are a California resident, you have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of analytics or advertising technologies is ever considered "sharing" under CPRA, you may opt out by contacting us at the email above.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security policies restricting who can access what data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email prior to taking effect where reasonably practicable.
