These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Investelligence (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Alamut Capital Quant Models Inc ("Company"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Investelligence provides institutional-style investment research, analytics, portfolio construction tools, scenario modeling, and educational content to self-directed retail and DIY investors. The Platform includes, among other features, market and regime intelligence, individual security research and scoring, custom portfolio construction and analysis, historical stress testing, Monte Carlo-based scenario simulation, and goal planning calculators.
Investelligence is a research and analytics tool. It is not, and does not hold itself out to be, a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of this limitation, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.
Investelligence offers a free Dashboard tier requiring no subscription, and three paid subscription tiers (Portfolio Analyst, Portfolio Strategist, and Portfolio Manager), each providing access to progressively more features as described on our Pricing page. Feature availability by tier is subject to change; material reductions in a paid tier's features will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
Paid tiers may be offered with a free trial period. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged. Trial eligibility and duration are subject to change and may be limited to new subscribers or specific tiers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD or CAD as selected at checkout; presentment currency, once established for your account, generally cannot be changed without contacting support, as described in the Platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Investelligence may offer referral credits to users who refer new subscribers, subject to eligibility rules (including minimum billing cycle requirements and per-cycle credit caps) described within the Platform. Referral credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may be modified, capped, or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral credits obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms (including self-referral or the use of multiple accounts to generate credits).

The Platform, including its software, design, methodologies, scoring models, research content, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial investment research purposes. No other rights are granted.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes, and should not be construed as, investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or pursue any investment strategy. This applies to all content on the Platform, including but not limited to research scores, rankings, model portfolios, scenario simulations, stress tests, and goal-planning outputs, all of which are provided for informational and educational purposes only. See our full Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Platform relies on data from third-party sources and integrates third-party services (including payment processing via Stripe and infrastructure via Supabase). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers. Your use of any third-party service integrated with the Platform may also be subject to that provider's own terms.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any investment decisions you make in reliance on Platform content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, including discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 9, and 10) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email prior to taking effect where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
